KC02 原廠托犢牛化 Bullpup KC02

一、簡介:

想要購入它款真品犢牛托，回應皆是無法購入.....，剛好又看到國外改犢牛的相關文章，無聊下依樣畫葫蘆也來自己搞一把原廠托身版的犢牛，依據先前改P90的經驗讓這改裝有了不少助力~

二、本文:

首先收集材料如下:

KC02原廠托、後托塊、板機、GHK AK 握把固定塊、GBB AK 握把、AK護弓、門閂、小彈簧、約3mm白鐵鐵絲、螺帽等

首先來動刀槍托部分

把原來握把固定部位切除打磨

後托塊也抓一個自己合適尺寸切出來安裝，然後用AB膠黏死

再來準備安裝握把，這裡採用GHK AK GBB 的配件來處理比較簡單

挖出握把固定塊的孔位，安裝距離也是以個人調適習慣為主

再裝上固定塊及鎖上握把即大功告成

裝上護弓整個托身雛形出現了

前板機部分拿手邊有的KC02板機備品使用，中間多開一孔用來固定板機覆進彈簧用，右邊擴孔至4mm用來安裝板機連動桿用

在握把前方挖出約5cm*1cm的板機槽

順著板機槽的兩側我開了兩條約5mm寬的洞，供安裝版機連桿及調整固定板機

接下來拿門閂來當板機行程及固定用的材料

把門閂的中心棒拿來用逤剛土黏上板機後端

把門閂座黏上槍托，把板機跟彈簧裝上，板機做動總成完成，握把固定座如果會干涉可能需要打磨出凹槽

用4mm白鐵鐵絲凹出連動桿，採取外部配置這樣形狀折起來以較簡單，需要邊折邊調整出最好角度

板機處用塑鋼土固定螺帽組成的板機扣壓裝置，這樣可以減少扣壓或阻力過大(當初P90這樣搞就好了...)

連動桿採用外部配置，所以要在托身上沿著版機連桿動作範圍挖出5mm深的溝槽

裝上連動桿測試是否順暢動作，把有干涉處磨掉

到目前為止其實就可以上KC02，但會像HTS-14 AK一樣前段過短問題，不喜歡這感覺所以切了其他托的前段來補長這個犢牛托身

黏上延長前段後再用魚骨片鎖上補強，這樣前端就可裝握把了

接著要來遮後段板機及連桿外露部位，參考老外作法用了KYDEX熱塑版，又硬又難割的東西，還特地去買了熱風槍來處理....

AAP1022-RR - Archangel Ruger Precision Stock（Ruger 10/22） - Range

最早入手的10/22托，也是入坑的紀念，紅色大天使，舒適的握把、可調節的托腮、加大的magwell方便上彈匣及該廠一貫的強壯塑料槍身。
